Christine and I worked together for 6 weeks to help me lose 5kg and feel fabulous in my clothes again. At first I was a bit skeptical, thinking “Why do I need a health & wellness coach? I can do this on my own.” But I hadn’t achieved the results I desired, so I obviously did need a health & wellness coach. The journey took place by Christine patiently working with me to develop a plan of why I wanted to change, thereasoning behind it, realistic views on what I thought was possible to achieve and how I would feel at the end of the process. Christine encouraged me, discussed my concerns and I became accountable. We discussed strategies towards realistic accomplishments and focussed on the positives.
